Avoca House Hotel

Budget hotel in a good location - Avoca House is a budget hotel in a good location in central London. Situated in a quiet residential street, but with easy access to bus routes and tube stations. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance or just couple bus stops away. Fairly basic facilities, but clean, and fine for a couple of nights. Stairs to bedrooms, no lift. I had a room on first floor, and managed the stairs okay, but would have struggled if on a higher floor, just something to bear in mind. Would benefit from updating, but for what I paid I was happy enough.

Very good stay! - I visited the hotel on Saturday 17th August. The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and tidy. There were plenty of towels and coat hangers which was nice. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff were all very friendly. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!
