Great Hotel - Great little hotel, it's budget friendly and not 5 star, but in a great location, quiet, clean, very friendly team, good breakfast, very comfortable rooms & bed's.Second time I have stayed here and will definitely stay again. Rohan & Ann are lovely, very kind and always on hand. Thank you for a great staysee you again next year.

Great Stay - First time here and will be back.Great location.The hotel is basic but clean.Easy and friendly checkin.Great having breakfast included.Cereal with tea, orange juice and toast.Perfect start to the day.So close to Swiss Cottage tube station and lots of shops around if required.Will be back

A hidden gem - Ok, this won't be to everybody's taste. As mentioned in other reviews, the place could do with extensive renovation. But, personally, I loved its faded charm, old furniture and no frills arrangements. What's more, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very, very quiet. There is a bath in the bathroom, and the usual kettle with complimentary teabags and coffee sachets. Add to that that the place is ideally located in a lovely area, the price extremely reasonable, and the check-in seamless, it would be hard to find a better bargain! With a few pictures on the walls it would be perfect!
